Conceived by Mark Carnachan of Carnachan Architecture, this three-level beachside residence makes the most of its compact site with a Melbourne-inspired aesthetic: clean lines, dramatic contrasts, and a seamless dialogue between home and horizon.

The design embraces the coast at every turn. Floor-to-ceiling glass and expansive sliders dissolve the boundary between inside and out, filling living spaces with light and framing uninterrupted ocean views. Raw concrete, dark timbers, and steel create a striking exterior presence, while polished floors, bespoke cabinetry, and sculptural lighting bring depth and warmth indoors.

A floating staircase anchors the interior, leading to a master suite that opens to a private balcony and panoramic sea views. Secondary bedrooms and living spaces are cleverly arranged to balance privacy with openness, offering room for both retreat and togetherness.
